Lemsip Cold & Flu Blackcurrant Sachets are designed to alleviate the symptoms associated with colds and flu. Each sachet contains Paracetamol, a pain reliever and fever reducer, and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride, a decongestant to relieve nasal congestion. The blackcurrant-flavored hot drink helps soothe sore throats and provides comfort during illness.

Directions

How to use:

  • Pour one sachet of powder into a mug.
  • Fill with hot, but not boiling, water.
  • Stir until dissolved.
  • If preferred, sweeten to taste with sugar, honey, or your usual sweetener.
  • Adults and children over 16 years: One sachet every 4-6 hours as required. Do not exceed 4 sachets in 24 hours.
